1. Talent Management:
- Facilitate Talent review session to enable manager to identify proper succession planning and leadership development for Hi-po & Hi-per
- Actively initiate and participate company's Talent Development strategy
- Lead external talent mapping in the Buy, Build, Borrow strategy
- Lead the end-to-end process of Young Talent Program
- Plan budgeting

2. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the TA team across Vietnam - Cambodia - Myanmar to meet the business requirements
- Standardise Recruitment process with alignment from HRBPs
- Lead and expedite the burning recruitment matter in Cambodia market
- Initiate and lead team to implement Apprenticeship program for Cambodia

3. Learning & Development:
- Act as an expert in providing Leadership Development and align Talent Management framework with key stakeholders
- Enhance the learning experience with a focused blended approach
- Contribute in building leadership pipeline
- Provide coaching to junior management and engage them in Leading Others leadership program
- Plan budgeting

4. Rewards:
- Perform salary budgeting/ review and market bench-marking
- Propose merit increase & off-cycle catch-up
- Provide guidance to HRBPs in aligning with Business leaders
- Plan and execute benefits alignment across all countries in Vietnam - Cambodia - Myanmar Area

5. Engagement:
- Develop Engagement framework across the area
- Perform strategy planning and initiate co-creation sessions to gather great ideas in the Organization
- Align and get sign-off from Area Leadership Team
- Plan budgeting

6. Communication:
- Develop and align overall creative communication plan
- Ensure proper execution of the plan
- Actively facilitate Townhall meetings and host external partners
- Plan budgeting

7. Employee Experience: ensure smooth delivery of daily operations and continuous improvement of HR shared services

8. Cambodia Country HRBP (interim): drive key HR agenda of the country & act as a trusted strategic partner to the CLT
