    + Leading consumer dairy category including brand Fino, Cao Khoe, Cup Yogurt for Nation Wide (NW) GT channel with the right strategy from category insights to ensure channel sustainable growth & other KPIs.
    + Managing excellent execution in agile process by in time controlling between financial plan, supply planning, plan deployment in NW scope and periodically field teams’ tracking.
    + Leading product innovations in GT channel with integrated route to market plan (from market analysis, run pilot prototype to accelerate penetration in total NW).

    ► Achievements:
    Fino sub-brand is the best performer in 2020 with 12% growth vs 2019 thanks to new approach concept (Push - Pull model) & Product innovation.

    ► Main Responsibilities:
    - Mar'20 - May'20: CCD GT channel - Consumer Dairy
    + Planning & managing excellent execution for consumer dairy category including brand Yomost, Fristi, SCM Completa, Ovaltine & New innovation Cao Khoe Fino for Nation Wide GT channel.
    ► Achievements:
    - Going for Gold Award (Valued project of the month): Yomost distribution acceleration project, which helps Yomost increase more than 20k outlets in 3 continuous months and reach the highest level of the month.
    - Going for Gold Award: Cao Khoe Fino successful launching of the Year, in which Cao Khoe Fino delivered double volume & 120% coverage than the business case.

    - Oct'18 - Dec'19: Acting Key account manager - MT channel
    + Leading & managing the perfect execution of total CVS (Convenient stores) & Mini Mart other (Exclude Vinmart+ & Bach hoa xanh) in Nationwide to ensure up to 8 billion revenue each month with 15 team members under.
    + Managing product volume forecasting (SnOP) & full-year budget for all accounts.
    ► Achievements:
    - Total channel CVS grows 25% (YTD) vs Target 15%
    - Explored & signed contract successfully with Four new customers - contribute up to 400 mils VND/month.
