- Working with more than 70 customers to do all steps after closing the sale: making sales order/contract, checking product availability, arranging delivery, issuing invoices, controlling debt with the help of SAP system
- Tracking pending orders to remind customers of picking up goods and update numbers to Sales monthly.
- Planning international purchases twice a month together with CS team based on sales forecast and allocation from regional team to ensure safety inventory level both in local warehouses and ports
- Placing purchase orders in SAP system and coordinating with LSP to arrange import procedure and transportation
- Checking, recording and controlling logistics cost from LSP to make sure it is under budget.

- Having a good command of import formalities for cargo that needs doing chemical declaration, CO application, animal feed quality inspection, registration of new products with the Livestock Department and Directorate of Aquaculture
- Learning how to manage time, working under pressure when carrying out more than 80 shipments per month
- Understanding how to work and collaborate with vendors to finish jobs in the controllable way
