1. Project Ai Studio
- Customer: is an outsourcing company in India which has contract with end customer to build an Ai application to help their Sales Team enhance their performance.
- Key challenge: the data sets provided by the customers are very hard to understand
- My contribution: consult the customer about product features and UX
- Team size & duration: 10 members during 4 months
2. Project Virtual Event
- Customer: is a startup company which wanted to build a MVP to raise fund
- Key challenge: the application has complex user roles and permissions which make the use cases and scenarios of Live Streaming and Payment activities much more complex
- My contribution: help the team understand use cases and scenarios of Live Streaming and Payment activities
- Team size & duration: 20 members during 12 months
3. Project eKYC and Sim Activation Mobile App
- Customer: is a Telecom company which wanted to combine its current eKYC process with sim activation process
- Key challenge: the combining process of eKYC and sim activation is very complex which has several scenarios linked to each others
- My contribution: identify problems in created activity flow and SRS document; then helped the team to correct the activity flow and SRS document

Anh truyền đạt có tâm thực sự luôn ý ạ. Anh sẽ hỏi trước khá nhiều để xem vấn đề của bạn thực sự là gì để đưa ra những thông tin sao cho có giá trị nhất và phù hợp nhất đối với mentee. Cảm ơn anh rất rất nhiều ạ!

Buổi kết nối với anh Hà khiến bản thân em hiểu biết hơn về cách đào sâu vấn đề trước khi đặt câu hỏi, biết thêm được các nguồn tri thức đáng tin cậy về những lĩnh vực em đang quan tâm. Anh Hà rất nhiệt huyết trong việc chia sẻ tri thức của mình đến những bạn trẻ, em rất trân trọng điều này ạ. Hi vọng được kết nối với anh Hà qua những buổi gặp mặt trực tiếp và mong muốn phát triển mối quan hệ mentor-mentee tốt đẹp với anh ạ. Chúc anh thành công và tiến ngày càng nhanh đến những mục tiêu đã đặt ra trong sự nghiệp và cuộc sống.

Thực sự mà nói thì anh Hà giảng bài rất bài bản luôn ý ạ (lúc dạy có hẳn tư liệu dạy y như trong trường luôn hehe), như giáo viên mà dạy học sinh từ những cái cơ bản nhất để từ đó có cái nền đào sâu hơn về một lĩnh vực nào đó. Em ấn tượng với cách tiếp cận rất hay của anh Hà khi đi tìm hiểu bản chất của một sự việc gì đó, đó là tìm hiểu về lịch sử hình thành, phát triển cũng như cái ý nghĩa nguyên sơ nhất của quá trình từ những bước đầu tiên. Kiến thức về mảng Business Analyst anh vừa bao quát nhưng đồng thời kinh nghiệm anh vừa đủ dày dặn cho những phần chuyên sâu và thực tế nên anh giải thích các khái niệm, vấn đề rất dễ hiểu. Cảm ơn anh vì thời gian trao đổi có ý nghĩa trong suốt buổi mentoring rất nhiều ạ.
