    ● Project leader of #Uber2school in Hanoi – Administer 1st marketing campaign of Uber targeting students in over 30 universities in Hanoi which converts more than 10,000 new users in 2 months with CPA lessened by 50% in comparison with other current campaigns.

    AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education who are interested in world issues, leadership and management.The organization spans 126 countries and territories and every aspect of AIESEC’s operations are managed by students and recent graduates.AIESEC FTU HN was established in April 2009 and our members as well as exchange participants come from 9 leading universities in Hanoi Region.

    ✔ My leadership journey with this position:

    ● Career Summit 2016
    Lead a team of 10 members to initiate and organize the 1st career event of AIESEC FTU within 2 months of preparation. The event attains over 1 million marketing reaches, 600 official delegates, 13 big corporates from 9 different industries as event partners, total sales revenue: 10.000$
    ● International Start-Up Meeting 2016 (details below)

    ● Lead a team of 5 members to manage 35 partnerships, raise 15 free venues, total sponsorship of $5000 cash in bank, $2500 in-kinds to ensure 80% budget for 9 projects and organizational operation of FTU Hanoi branch in 2015
    ● Manage and maintain relation with AIESEC Alumni network in Hanoi (over 500 members)
    ● Train and coach team members on weekly basis that led to 100% members applying for leadership positions in AIESEC with clear orientation.

    • Conduct Promotion Campaign "Vietnam Youth Speak" survey in market of 9 Universities, 1100 responses
    • Conduct a 2-month internal marketing campaign to solve the external brand confusion problem caused by lack of members’ brand awareness that resulted in 80% increase in brand understanding among members.

    Advanced Program in Economics & International Business is the result of partnership between Colorado State University and Foreign Trade University. students enrolled in this program have the same curriculum as students do at Colorado State University. As part of the program, some CSU professors travel to Hanoi to teach Vietnamese students for short periods of time.
