- In charge of Business Developer & Operation for Northen Ninja Van, the start-up in digital logistics which had been operated in 7 South East Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar , Indonesia, Philippines.
- Main duties is leading team to expand branches to all North provinces, set up and ensure operational readiness of hubs and stations
- Recruit Station Coordinators for each province through online/offline communication channel, conduct hub training including system based training and operational training for staffs.
- Establish seamless procedures to ensure hub operating at utmost efficiency
- Develop operating budget for setting up of operational hubs and stations and maintain cost control as agreed by the management, purchasing and manage Stations Assets and Equipment.
- Resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to improve operational processes
- Develop and ensure proper reporting structure and systems
- Analyses and make decision about manpower and operation of each areas/provinces using report from staffs
