- Plan and execute campaigns to promote Garena Employer Value Positioning.
- In charge of attraction phase (communication) for Talent Program: Strategic Operations, Internship - Garena League of Challengers.

3. Talent Development:
- Plan and execute initiatives in Talent Development

- In charge of end-to-end attraction phase of Fresh Recruitment Programs including: Unilever Future Leaders Program (Management Trainee – biggest Fresh recruitment), Customer Development Fresh (Sales Fresher) & Unilever Future Leaders’ League (case competition).

Scope of work:
- Planning: internal business & market insights, campaign’s big idea, execution: channels, tactics, etc.
- Execution: content development, media, partner & freelancers management, etc.

Learning Specialist

- Organize corporate-wide training sessions that are related to: business skills (soft skills)
& leadership skills including:
+ Learning needs analysis
+ Content / curriculum building
+ Co-ordinate stakeholders to deliver the sessions
