From there, to see the difference between traditional HR and HRBP for proper and effective implementation in enterprises;
- Connect with the human resources community working in Vietnam to learn about what difficulties currently exist in applying the HRBP model in Vietnam. By identifying specific factors that hinder the effectiveness of HRBP, the research is carried out with the aim of adding empirical values to the HR community and providing reference suggestions on optimizing the effectiveness of HRBP activities in Vietnam.
