    Mobicast, with the carrier brand name Reddi, is the first Enhanced MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in Vietnam. Mobicast became a member company of Masan Group at 2021 July.
    - Participated as a key member to build business plan and negotiate with strategic partners and investors
    - Responsible for all marketing and branding activities
    - Managing a lean team of 6 people, includes 2 managers
    - Built brand postioning strategy, brand identities system and monitoring team to apply it to brands’ materials
    - Planning and monitoring communication and marketing activities: PR, event, social media, online advertising, promotion, trade marketing, ...
    - Built up D2C online channel from zero
    - Categorized and pricing Reddi's 1 million phone numbers, set the pricing logic
    - Designing telco product and promotion, coordinating teams to set up and release new packages
    - Conducting market research, giving recommendations for store concept, product development and business planning
