1. SUMMARY

  • Intern will help to coordinate within Logistics team and other departments in collecting and consolidating data, preparing analysis for warehouse projects.  
  • Reporting directly to: North Logistics Manager 
  • Subordinate: N/A
  • High frequency of interaction: daily 
  • Working location: Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi

2. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

List down job scope in details. 

  • Complete in supporting in the above projects.  
  • Other activities as required.  
  • Consolidate Logistics reports from many groups (Warehouse, Delivery, EHS…) 
  • Communicate with other departments to get input/feedback, build up warehouse projects 
  • Support Logistics team in addition reporting tasks 
  • Backup for Logistics staffs in urgent tasks 

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

CORE SKILL REQUIREMENT:

  • Basic logistics knowledge 
  • Power point/ Excel skill 
  • English  
  • Good at data analysis 
  • Process and result oriented 
  • Presentation skill
