Position: Trade Marketing Intern

Job Description

  • Assist to follow up & execute key activities of customers to ensure the success of each project
  • Work with relevant functions to prepare for customer's activities
  • Responsible for promotion calendar tracking by customer (intensity, activities …)
  • Gift management support: Track gift allocation & delivery plan, provide gift dimension & remind sales team to clear stock
  • Monthly report
  • Ad-hoc activities as needed e.g. project support for customer marketing activities

Core Skill Requirement

  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Fluency in English (business level) and Vietnamese
  • Good Analytical thinking
  • Microsoft Office Suite fluency

Core Trait/Behavior Requirement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management and outstanding multitasking abilities.

Minimum Education Required: Graduate or Undergraduate level
