Responsibilities

1. Receivables Allocation

• Assign new receivables from master list based on investment criteria
• Reconcile capital needs with receivable allocation
• Monitor asset quality among receivables

2. Treasury Management

• Conduct reconciliations for each of Aspire’s capital sources
• Closely monitor repayments and new capital inflows and prepare daily reports
• Precisely track cash movements across all accounts

3. Returns Monitoring and Reporting

• Calculate and monitor returns generated by the company’s portfolio of receivables
• Identify and solve any inconsistencies in the calculation of returns
• Create internal and external reporting explaining returns generated

Requirements

• Fresh graduated related to Finance, Business major (have experience is a plus)
• 1,2 years of work experience preferably in funds management, big 4 or other financial institution
• Excellent spreadsheet and financial modelling skills
• Superb attention to detail and ability to limit errors
• Ability to work independently when necessary as well as a collaborative attitude to function as a member of a team
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment
• English fluency is required, other languages are a plus
• Knowledge of SQL a strong plus
