Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the recruitment selection process cross countries (review JD, source candidates, phone screen, schedule interview, make OL send out).
- Provide support for onboarding for new hires.
- Build and maintain engagement topics, approaches, and angles to heighten employees engagement and promote Aspire’s culture.
- Assist in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors.
- Assist People Manager in ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Prior professional experience is a plus.
- Result-oriented, fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Structured problem-solving and communication skills
- Passionate about people and engagement
- 100% execution-minded, hands-on approach
- High sense of urgency
- Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
- Ability to speak and write excellently in English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with English-speaking colleagues
Monthly salary: Negotiation.
Working hours: Full time (40 hours/week).
