I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in the company‘s training strategy planning; Build the Competency Framework, Career Path, and Training Program Framework for each position and title; Prepare and manage the annual/quarterly/monthly training plan and budget of the Company;
- Implement training activities: source, select and sign contracts with new trainers and partners; Review the reports and papers; Supervise the organization of training courses; Review payment records of training courses; Organize training data storage & management system and training reporting system;
- Develop, monitor, and improve working procedures, regulations, and forms related to training management;
- Human resource management of the Training Administrative Department: recruiting, developing KPIs for employees, assigning and instructing employees to perform work, monitoring and evaluating employee performance results,etc.
- Manage the facilities, supplies, and equipment of the Training Center;
- Personnel and administrative management of the Training Center: timekeeping of employees and trainers, managing the stationery, outgoing and incoming dispatches,etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superiors
II. REQUIREMENT
Minimum Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Have the knowledge of human resource management and the understanding of training management;
- Have good communication skills (in Vietnamese and English) and relationship management skills;
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in the field of training and at least 2 years of experience in managing and coordinating training work at an organization with a size of 500 employees or more;
- Be honest, enthusiastic, responsible; Ensure accuracy and deadlines for assigned work
Preferred Requirements
- Have major in Human Resource management or training;
- Have experience in the aviation industry.
