I. ROLE: Support person in charge of Flight Operation Division in related jobs. 
II. JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Support person in charge to work with pilots (explain internal regulations, guide pilots to complete HR’s requirements, etc.)
• Receive documents from pilots and support to handle their visa, work permit, resident card;
• Support person in charge to work with some authorities (for example the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam);
• Access to the internal ticket booking system and support Bamboo Airways‘ employees with tickets booking;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders.

III. JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum requirements

• Graduates from university majoring in Administration Management, Law, Human Resources, etc. 
• Good English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 550 or equivalent), especially in communication;
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel,...)
• Have good communication and teamwork skills;
• Responsible, proactive at work, eager to learn;
• Be able to work full-time and minimum 3 months internship required.

Preferred requirements

• Have knowledge in Human Resources sector; 
• Experienced in working with expats.
