I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Talent Acquisition Department in Recruitment

II. JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Research and find sources from groups and social media channels suitable for each position;
• Create content and seed the positions currently being recruited into appropriate groups and social media channels to create a source of candidates
• Support recruitment events.
• Support recruitment administrative work (data entry, information collection, submission ...)
• Other tasks as requested by superiors.

III. JOB REQUIREMENT

• Male only
• University students majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, Languages, Law or other related fields;
• Be able to work full-time;
• Good English communication skills;
• Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel,...), good data processing system thinking;
• Passion in working with people and have an orientation to develop the Human Resources, Recruiting industry;
• Responsible, proactive at work, eager to learn;
• Careful, hardworking, honest, enthusiastic, willing to work overtime if required;
• Ability to process work quickly, maintain high work standards to meet the Company‘s business requirements;
• Minimum 3 months internship required.
