Job Description
1. Support other accounting tasks

• Support end-users / suppliers on accounting processes (payment, fixed assets, stock taking, vendor creation, etc…)
• Issue debit note / tax invoices (payment on behalf, fixed asset liquidity, etc.)
• Customer master data creation / maintenance
• Prepare data / documents for Internal and External audit , Tax audit , Customs audit purposes

2. Check documents for weekly payments, document archiving / retrieving monitoring

3. Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, with major in Finance, Accounting are preferred.
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have big advantage
•  Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
•  Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
•  Personal skills, Time Management skills, Task Management skills
•  Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
•  Good communication and presentation skills
•  Eyes for details and good organization skills
•  High sense of discipline and confidentiality
•  Ability to work in multicultural teams
