Job Description

• Coordinate in designing of marketing materials (print-ad, billboard, backdrop, banner, standee, invitation letter, social network banner, etc.)
• Translate documents VI – EN (article, news, press release, project reference)
• Conduct news clipping report
• Prepare communications materials & track marketing stock
• Organize events and activities to support sales
• Other admin tasks

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, with major in Business, Marketing, Economics or related major
• No working experiences required, although students with experience in marketing/communication are preferred
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Presentation via PowerPoint/Excel, database & document management, calculation, knowing other presentation tools is a plus
• Personal skills, Time Management skills, Task Management skills
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Eyes for details and good organization skills
• High sense of discipline and confidentiality
• Ability to work in multicultural teams
