JOB DESCRIPTION

BMA is responsible for learning the necessary knowledge in the process of performing assigned tasks in the development process and actively working and communicating with Buddy (as a guide) and Coach (Rotation Supervisor). In addition to performing the assigned tasks, BMA needs to actively build relationships within the organization, practice professional skills that are not limited to the scope of the assigned work. BMA can actively approach and exchange information with the Program Coordinator when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

If you apply for One Mount Group

  • You will work directly with the CEO, participate in and different business projects in OMC, OMD and other initiatives (if any). Roadmap is to develop deeply and go back to work directly with 1 biz.

  • Participating in intensive training programs for the role

  • Participating or in charge of projects/plans to build models, market analysis, economic analysis, sales management, and other jobs that directly support  business plan

If you apply for One Mount Real Estate

  • Implementing a rotation program to assume positions in different departments in the Business Division (Salesforce Developent, Business Performance Management, Partnership, Customer Development) within the first 2 years

  • Participating in intensive training programs for the role

  • Participating or in charge of projects/plans to build models, market analysis, economic analysis, sales management, and other jobs that directly support OMRE's business plan

  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1 . Degree/Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or related disciplines

2 . Experience:

  • New graduates with impressive education background and competition awards or having 1-2 years of practical work experience related to model building/ business analysis/ business developement/ performance management/ business strategy/ partner development/ sales developement.

  • Working experience in the fields of real estate, fintech, technology, finance is an advantage.

3 . Skills:

  • Advanced English (all skills);

  • Ability to learn & adapt quickly

  • Logical thinking, critical thinking skills & good problem solving

  • Ability to self-motivate and work under pressure

  • Ability to organize and manage work effectively.

4 . Mindset & Behaviors:

  • Change management experience

  • Flexible and ready for change

  • Proactive and responsible at work
