3. Tasks of Mentally Fit Vietnam Talent

  • Planning and managing projects/ community events
  • Supporting in developing & managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines
  • Continuously improving operational processes to optimize all resources in the organization
  • Supporting research & development tasks and document translations

4. Qualifications of “New Players” at Mentally Fit Vietnam

  • Have GPA from 7.0/10 or equivalent at university
  • Have Business English efficiency (TOEIC >= 650) or equivalent
  • Have a strong passion for people development
  • Be a team player with strong teamwork, solution-oriented & agile-fast mindset 
  • Have a can-do attitude, be willing to be “stretched” & become “a better version of yourself” day after day
  • Have a strong sense of ownership & accountability
  • Have computer literacy (Microsoft Office) & Internet skills
  • Experience in event organization/ communication activities at university clubs/ events is a plus
  • Ability to use graphic design softwares is a plus
