JOB DESCRIPTION

1. DEMAND PLANNING

• To cooperate with Channel Managers and others related to build the sale demand plan of South for week(domestic), months and quarters as per timeline set.
• To follow up plan & run report of actual sale volume by category by channels to give the channel Managers the alerts by week for their actual achievement vs plan to get agreements on adjusting PR if needed.

2. LOGISTICS OPERATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Receive customer complaints.
• Investigate customer's issue relate to productions, shipment, order management, return prevention
• Record & recommendation solution for customer complaints.
• Manage issues received from Customer & issue resolution.
• Manage the investigations & problem solving by analysis root cause using data & reports to assist line manager resolve logistics challenges.
• Assist SCM to set up the KPIs for SC 3P in South to improve the service performance
• Manage KPIs of operations of warehouse, transportation performance (3P)
• Manage stock at all locations and verifying between system & physical: normal sales, disposal for damaged stock, processing the destroying write-off stocks(when getting disposal proposal).
• Check warehouse & transportation costs to ensure the costs are under budget.
• Review warehouse & tpt cost proposals before getting approval to ensure logical & reasonable.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Detailed knowledge of logistics management, gained through at least 3+ years of experience in Warehouse management, Transportation control.
• Experience in Manufacturing/ Fresh Food/ FMCG/MNC companies is a plus
• Well developed customer service skills and focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a range of organizational levels, from Managers to warehouse operatives and transportation.
• Clear communication and strong leadership skills.

WORKING LOCATION

• Distribution Center: Tan Tao Industrial Zone, Binh Tan District, HCMC (main location)
• Factory 1: Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone, Nha Be District, HCMC
• Factory 2: Tan Phu District, HCMC
• Headquarter: District 1, HCMC

WORKING HOUR: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
