Marketing Coordinator to help manage Oral Care Marketing in Vietnam. Main responsibility is to help manage marketing projects including NPDs development, relaunch and promotion packs to deliver as planned. Strong interpersonal skill and service minded to work with cross function and commercial teams:

  • Project Coordinator from Marketing to develop New Products and Promotional projects
  • Lead AW development and seek for approval in artwork approval system
  • Manage required steps to make product ready to launch i.e. Packaging brief, Claim clearance, Trademark clearance
  • Work with Cross functional team and closely monitor timeline to deliver NPDs/ Promo pack on time
  • Conduct basic market analysis and competitor review
  • Use Kantar/ Nielsen/ Euromonitor/ Internal SAP system and open source information to help track Market, Colgate and competitor movement
  • Support on operation works e.g. prepare product samples / help to promotional project.
