RESPONSIBILITIES

o    Support internal communication across channels both online and offline to promote corporate image and engage staffs at all level.

o    Create content for corporate’s social network to increase staff’s engagement and to support cultural transformation. 

o    Brainstorm and contribute to the process of maximizing communication effectiveness to support business initiatives

o    Support to ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders and with key business strategies    

ACCOUNTABILITY

o    Develop content/ manage internal channels in Vietnamese and English

o    Support in developing and implementing internal communication campaigns

o    Support in organizing internal events

REQUIREMENTS

o    Graduated from College, University, in major of Marketing, Communication, …

o    Creative, proactive, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently

o    Strong presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

o    Demonstrated ability to use social media channels and develop creative trendy format such as TikTok, photo post effectively

o    Result-oriented and work with high responsibilities

o    Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines

o    Proficient in using office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

o    Good sense of humor, energetic, trendy, proactive
