JOB DESCRIPTION
Core Job Responsibility:

Take the in-depth lead on Corporate and Commercial PR for Tiki Corporation and Tiki's entities, including but not limited to PR strategies and updated guidelines, Media relations and Pitching story (for local and regional media), Media crisis management, Press events, CSR and Sponsorship;
Comprehensively supervise Social communications on both Owned and Paid Social channels in order to maximize the Social buzz with cost efficiency, increase the awareness of Tiki brand and vertical categories, as well as contribute traffic to Onsite;
Manage budget projection and allocation to align with the entire company's financial strategies;
Handle Internal Communications and support Human Resources division with Employer Branding for Tiki Corporation and Tiki's entities;
Involve in special projects to develop vertical categories and the entire platform;
Coach and develop team members;
Assist Growth Director/Vice President in other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree - preferably in English, Journalism or other communication-related major;
Over 2 years of experience in management levels in communications environments, including public relations agencies, corporate or division communications departments;
Proven record in managing media and editor relations; stakeholder relations; business, brand and corporate communications; and issue/crisis management in a collaboration-oriented environment;
Experience in working in a cross-functional stakeholders;
Proven success in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment;
Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
