JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Support Fleet to collect and consolidate reports from Dealers.
• Generate to other types of Fleet reports for internal use.
• Assist F&U in checking reimbursement documents and support Dealer for process and procedure.
• Support F&U to complete sales contracts signed by BOM.
• Support F&U in seasonal sales projects or company events.
• Prepare PowerPoint files for meetings with Dealers.
• Take photos of used vehicles and collect all relevant documents for used-car sales, check and archive.
• Take care customers to visit MBV for used-car sales.
• Sales Force coordinator for Sales department.
• Assist in collecting and consolidating reports from other internal Departments for monthly FF meeting with dealers.
• Assist FF in checking demo reimbursement documents on COMSYS.
• Following-up with dealers sales admin for their in-time demo documentation submission.
• Collect necessary docs (name change invoice, name change memo,) to fulfil assigned task
• Support Northern FF in delivering mails, packages, couriers between HCM office and HN.
• Gathering information through Southern & Northern FF, through dealers surveys if any.
• Set-up meeting room and facilities for monthly meeting with dealers.

REQUIREMENTS

• University student majoring in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
• Willing to learn.
• Good communication.
• Careful and detail attention.
• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
