MY JOB/ROLE OBJECTIVE
I guarantee the quality and availability on time of communication activities in store Decathlon Thanh Xuan in the service of our users/ customers & our Decathlon’s teammates 

MY RESPONSIBILITIES
I will play Communication role of bellowing 3 pillars:

1. Event/campaign Execution

• I work with teammates (such as Store Leader / Communication Relay/ Sport Leader/ Sport Advisor/Designer…) to execute events/campaigns to drive traffic to the Thanh Xuan Store
• I find and work with external service agencies participating in the events/campaigns
• I support reporting the event‘s KPIs performance to Communication Relay and store team

2. Content Creation

• I support creating content to tell customers about Decathlon brand and Thanh Xuan store images.
• I moderate the Decathlon Facebook Group channel in scheduling the content; content approving; reply users comment… 
• I work with Communication Relay to build a strong Decathlon community on the social media 

3. Hanoi Ambassador Management Executive

• Support Sport Leaders and Communication Relay to deliver the monthly products for ambassador
• Keep update with ambassador related to their content schedule on social media
• Support to report ambassador‘s performance to Com Relay and Sport Leader. 

Sub-mission: Take care of the documents & submission process for the Industry & Trade Department for Thanh Xuan store commercial events.

MY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Event Performance (participants, interaction…)
• Engagement, interaction, number of posts on Decathlon Facebook Group
• Ensure the ambassador contents are delivered on time and as planned.

• You are extrovert and enjoy gathering people
• You are creative and familiar with some of the following software (Mailchimp, Photoshop, Illustrator... )
• You are dynamic and high sense of responsibility 
• You are passionate about sport and practice it regularly
• You have a sense of service and team spirit.
• The ability to work effectively in an extremely fast paced, ambiguous environment.
• The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills
• Good in English 
• You are flexible and ready to work during the weekend
