Responsibilities

  • Update internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, timesheet
  • Support HR Operation team in managing employee profiles and updating information on HR system
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Job Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Bachelor in HRM or similar field
  • Full-time working basis and must be able to work at the office
  • English fluency (speaking & writing)

Working time: Full-time 6 months from Monday to Friday, flexible working time

Location: LIM Tower III – 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
