DIGITAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME

The Programme

This is an 18-month rotational programme comprised of three 6-month rotations across different functions starting from August 2022. You’ll be working in a range of fields, applying your skills and expertise to a variety of projects. When you can demonstrate you have what it takes, you may have the opportunity to spend your second or third rotation in one of our other businesses across Asia. Following the 18 months, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to an ongoing role. This opportunity will be based on your interests as well as the needs of our business.

What We Look From You

We need high-calibre, skilled professionals to become our future leaders. So, we’re looking for freethinkers with a start-up mindset and a creative approach to tech. Because smart tech leads to a better customer experience.

The experience and background we are looking for:

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Senior Student or Bachelor with less than 1 year work experience.
• Having exposure and skills working with innovative technology and within a digital environment.
• Advantages: ‘Cloud-First’ and ‘Data-Driven’ mentality/Data analytics/DMP/DSP/APIs/Application development/DevOps/Digital UI/UX design/Blockchain and AI/machine learning/Digital Partnership Ecosystems
• Passionate for digital that extends beyond the classroom.
• Familiar with new trends as they are happening.

• Group Final Interview
