Primary Role:

• Analyze the user behavior and logic of product, research on the same one
• Organize product information - website, small group, information flow, the structure of the information on the interface
• Design the action buttons & layout of information on the product
• Show the user the mock-up of product and conduct review with user (end-user & key user), work with designer to work on art-work
• Update feedback from the end-user on the product UI
• Maintain continuous communication between stakeholders (Stakeholder) – Development team, designer, business users, Product managers, Customers’ users
• Research similar products to benchmark the competitiveness
• Research UX trend to improve the usability of product continuously
• Hands-on Scrum board/Kanban board on Jira to manage the grooming of product backlog

Professional Responsibility:

• Collecting, receiving and clarifying user requirements for system development;
• Supporting daily business by following up with vendor/IT for production issues and system enhancements
• Collect, receive and clarify user requirements from end users
• Contribute to analyzing new applications and enhancement requests to meet department’s objectives
• Write and discuss with users to finalize Business Requirement Specification
• Responsible on leading business users to prepare and execute User Acceptance Test
• Coordinate with vendor and local IT during the implementation and UAT to ensure the system delivery meets business requirements
• Follow up with vendor/IT for production issues and enhancements required
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by line manager in order to meet operational requirements.
• Meeting and reporting to the CEO every week about work progress, results and plans of the next week

Job Required:

• Ability to work with Data, analysis, statistics
• Know how to use JIRA and monitor products according to SCRUM / KANBAN model
• Knowledge about UX design
• Experience in product development team is a plus.
