Major responsibilities

Support on material preparation before each course
Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants
Support in managing attendance of each class
Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors
Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation
Support in VACPA exam registration for our people

Job requirements

Full time support
English proficiency
Communication skills
Attitude (courtesy, poise)
