Human Resources Intern | EY HCMC Office

Your key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

• Facilitate and execute on-campus as well as recruitment branding activities
• Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with target universities
• Arrange and support logistics for recruitment activities
• Coordinate the selection process for recruitment in general
• Facilitate and support onboarding activities for new joiners

2. HR Operations:

• Support on documentation for HR Operations activities (new joiners documents, timesheet matters, etc.)
• Support on monitoring interns and providing information for monthly payroll process.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
• Strong passion for Human Resources
• Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
• Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
