DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES

  • Manage a team of agents who support drivers/ users/ corporate partners and any escalation from the Key Accounts.
  • Make sense of data on user behaviour and providing sound insights on issues and potential improvements on partnership quality
  • Oversee the support policies and strategize/ideate ways to prioritize users satisfaction as well as increase efficiency
  • Operationalise strategic processes/changes and finding ways to automate manual operations
  • Act as a project owner to new products that are being launched and to provide valuable insights on how a product should be rolled out (eg. when/how/who to roll out the product to)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Grab (Strategy Team, Commercial Team, Product Team, Customer Experience, etc)
  • Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team
  • Go on-ground to further understand pain points of our users

THE MUST HAVE

  • Candidate must possess at least a quantitative Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields Degree in Business / Logistic / Finance / Management / Economics or equivalent)
  • Up to three (3) years of professional working experience in solid quantitative and analytics roles (e.g. operations, strategy, consulting, business intelligence or investment banking)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems creatively and effectively in a reliable and timely manner
  • Strong business acumen, consumer focused and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery
  • High-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a MUST
  • SQL/Python/ is a huge plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • “Go-getter” attitude and always willing to help other members of the team whenever needed
  • Demonstrate strong interest and understanding of Grab’s business
