Account Operation Associate - GF Expansion Commercial Team

The day-to-day activities

• Set up multiple types of promotion and visibility on Apps GrabFood, ensure its correction, consistency and relevance, according to the given platforms & campaigns.
• Build and own internal processes/trackers within the Expansion Commercial Team, also align with external processes with very committed delivery time.
• Support to recruit & optimize operations processes to maximize the number of merchants joining GrabFood’s campaigns.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams including Content, Marketing, Marketplace team, and provide actionable feedback based on business priorities.

The potential candidate looks like: 

• Good written and verbal communication skills, to collaborate cross functionally. 
• Proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheet is a must and data analysis will be a plus.
• Logical thinking and optimisation mindset. 
• Ability to learn quickly, be proactive & supportive. Able to work independently and in a long distance context with teammates. 
• The ability to adapt to changes and meet the business needs in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English knowledge.
• No experience needed, fresh graduates are welcome, but should be a quick learner.
