I.    SMARTSTART - INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT DB SCHENKER VIETNAM INTRODUCTION

SMARTSTART is the structured internship program of DB Schenker Vietnam, designed to provide participants chances to engaged in a professional working environment with many opportunities to gain industry insights. Entering this program, participants are able to:

  • Gain real work experience and provide meaningful assistance to the company
  • Have a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, receptiveness, and models professionalism.
  • Develop professional contacts and gain exposure to upper management
  • Have a chance to get the full-time employment contract

The program is aiming to last-year students and fresh-graduates who possess great passion in professional career development and always stay hunger to learn.

II.    DEPARTMENTS

We have openings in: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transport & Customs Brokerage, Contract Logistics (Warehousing), Finance (Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Procurement, Legal), Human Resources and Information Technology.

III.    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Last year student (4th year) or fresh graduates
  • Great passion in professional career development and hunger to learn
  • Majoring in Business, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade or comparable
  • Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and discipline

IV.    WORKING TIME AND WORKING LOCATION

Working time: 5 days/week (expect to work full-time, with exceptions when university requires)

Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong.
