WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

 The role is to support Assistant Brand Manager to implement internal engagement activities, Marketing campaigns and Brand team to execute administrative tasks

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support to execute internal engagement activities under the supervision of Brand team including: 
- Work with vendors/ stakeholders to implement content direction for video/ slides
- Brainstorm and propose online, offline activities for quaterly Townhall, engaging activities 

•Assist collecting data/ report to support Brand team to make decision and following up Marketing campagins when required

•Assist Brand team in various administrative tasks such as: PR/PO document preparation; follow up quotation, project timeline, payment/ receipt status

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year or fresh university graduate

• Ideally exposure in youth union activities or similar

• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills

• Proficency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Good project management skills, high interest in event coordination

• Experience in video making, creating nice ppt slides & game on digital platforms will be an advantage
