(HCM) Management Trainee Program by Signify

We’re looking for a Management Trainee to join our team in Vietnam, this role will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office.

As a Management Trainee you’ll be responsible for undertaking a rotation in 3 functional areas i.e. sales, marketing and operations , before settling in one of the functional areas after 1.5 years.

You are…

Open minded, curious, aligned with our company values and has the following experiences and competencies:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s / Master's degree, majoring in Business Studies, Marketing or Engineering.
• Prior internship or full-time work experience of up to 2 years in a commercial function (Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain) at a multinational will be a plus.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a team setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills and strong affinity to IT tools and social media.
