1. Internship in Accounting Department

Job scope

• Archiving documents monthly.
• Verifying and checking invoices by SAP.
• Sending and tracking AP Confirmation Ordering Stationery.
• Supporting to organize events of Finance & Controlling department.
• Supporting others seniors with ad-hoc tasks.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Must be undergraduate in Finance, Accounting or related majors.
• Good command in English.
• Confident, able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, high team-work spirit.
• Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)

 

2. Internship in Legal Department

Job scope

• Supporting department’s daily administrative tasks.
• Researching local law against corporate policy in order to localize content accordingly.
• Training, consulting other departments in relevant corporate policy.
• Keeping track and organizing internal work instructions within the Company.
• Preparing slides, documentations for Compliance reports as assigned.
• Planning and coordinating department’s projects.
• Other tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

• Must be undergraduate in Law, Economic Law or other related fields during 6-month internship (3rd and 4th year students are preferred).
• Good command of English (Writing and Speaking).
• Having interest and desire to learn new skills, experience new things.
• Being willing to learn and having can-do attitude
• Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)

 

3. Internship in Quality Management Department

Job scope

• Support to conduct the QMS process audit
• Support to conduct the EMS (Environment Management System) process audit and Environmental improvement projects
• Participating in regular meetings (e.g. Daily Operations Shop floor)
• Executing of own improvement projects in Quality Management Department
• Data Analysis for Quality Management Reports
• Preparation of meetings
• Coordinating with Departments of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Operations for Quality Management Projects
• Coordinating with external suppliers of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Operations for Quality Management Projects
• Other task assigned by supervisor.

 

Job requirements

• Undergraduates who are currently pursuing a degree in  Environmental Management or related major of environment.
• Advanced skills in MS office (especially Excel)
• Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)
