Key roles & responsibilities

  • Play role as strategic business partner with the stakeholders
  • Join and contribute in tactical workforce planning
  • Set the strategy and ensure the strong operations for annual manufacturing business recruiting, mainly in plant technician, including campus and just in time hiring
  • Plan and execute the organization engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-2 years in HR Operations, recruitment and talent management in MNCs with proven track records
  • Strong communication skill
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Resilient and adapt with change quickly
  • Strong leadership skills to lead change and drive innovation
  • High collaboration skills internally and externally, logical, meticulous, and high attention to detail
