Position: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ANALYST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder will corporate with different business teams across the organization to earn loyalty customers by:

  • Managing Customer Experience through all touchpoints by Customer Journey Mapping & Index dashboard;
  • Defining customer pain points and investigating the root causes of; 
  • Proposing/ initiating solutions to tackle the customer pain points
  • Taking lead in enhancement activities 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years working in customer experience, consumer insight or brand management. Experience working on credit card is a plus.
  • Good business analyst skills, data-driven thinking
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Good command of business English
  • Good communication, coordination and presentation skills.
