​Job Overview/About Company:

Established in 2008 in both HCMC and Hanoi, ManpowerGroup Vietnam is the first 100% foreign invested company providing employment solutions (recruitment and outsourcing) to clients in various industries, e.g. Banking and Finance, FMCG, IT & Telecom, Hospitality. We offer different solutions to clients ranging from Innovative Workforce Consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Staffing & Outsourcing, and Permanent Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment

•Support to search and screen CV via phone and arrange interview schedule

•Make Candidate Report (CR)

•Input candidates’ data into sourcing database

•Maintain File personal document of candidates

2.C&B

•File personal documents of Manpower’s associates

•Support to scan, photocopy and print documents

•Support to draft, translate letters and other necessary emails

•Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

1. Third or Final-year student working towards a Bachelor of Human Resources, or other related fields.

2. Good verbal & written English communication with strong interest in HR.

3. Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel.

4. Proactive, Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details.
