JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, manage and activate content plans across our channels platforms driver user growth, especially Telegram community
• Organize and manage events to boost community growth
• The ability to create creative content for a variety of topics
• Develop engaging text, image and video content for community members by team-working together with a Video Editor and a Content Editor
• Measure views, shares, leads generated and conversions on each piece of content, and iterate strategy based on results
• Monitor, track, and report on the growth of community members
• Develop and maintain a close day-to-day and productive relationship with community members and industry professionals to develop a thorough understanding of the their insights
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams

REQUIREMENT

• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Content Specialist or similar role
• Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
• Experience with engaging communities on Telegram or LinkedIn is a plus
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice
• Excellent verbal communication & writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Project management skills and attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
