JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to support multiple application projects. Including following main role and responsibilities:

• Work closely with sale & technical teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design.
• Analyze business processes, identify potential opportunities, and propose appropriate solution plan.
• Creating the – PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.
• Coordinating and manage UAT with users, and maintain related documentation and training for users.
• Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
• Updating to Clients and other team members during project delivery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

# Must have

• Knowledge and experience in software development
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Business Analyst, or related.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
• Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes.
• Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc.
• Presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proactive, self-controlling tasks, teamwork

# Nice to have

• Experience & knowledge with RPA platform such as - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Work Fusion or OCR tools such as ABBYY, Document Understanding of UiPath, Microsoft … is an advantage
• Experience in any of the following programming languages/ software C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, C#/.Net... is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
