Key responsibilities

• Review, check, issue and sending invoices to clients.
• Issue debit and credit memos and statements to customers on requests.
• Proceed invoices adjustment or cancellation in compliance with Tax regulations or Decrees related to E-invoices, and respond to client concerns related.
• Work closely with other employees within same or across other departments in relation to billing management.
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
• Send reminders for payments and contact clients when needed.
• Complete reports and present to managers on time scheduled.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior Student/ Fresh Graduate in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics.
• Work full-time in 6 months
• Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
• Computer skills, e.g. good at Microsoft Word, Excel, fast typing
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
