Responsibilities

BA is the bridging role between Business and Technology with strong skills of Business & Requirement Analysis, assess processes, data analysis,… to help interpreting business initiatives into valuable products or solutions with support of innovative technology tools.

• Effectively communicate and support the team to conduct elicitation to gather and understand clients’ business challenges and requirements
• Able to model business processes including process visualization, process mapping, data flow diagrams, communications planning, performance management, resource management, risk management...
• Able to build project roadmap, do basic project management and follow-up
• Document & analyze processes & prepare reports and presentations accordingly
• Contribute ideas with an aim to improve client experience using business analysis skills and user- centric mindset
• Prepare client workshops, Innovation Challenge Program, innovation events organized by KPMG and/or by KPMG’s Partners
• Research industry & technology innovation trends and Benchmarking & Market Analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, in Business, Administration or IT
• Knowledge of one or more of the main Innovation management approaches (e.g. (Design Thinking, Lean Innovation, Strategic Foresight...)
• Deep interest in Innovation and emerging technologies (E.g: AI, ML, IOT, Big data,) – With knowledge is a plus
• Skills in modelling requirements and business flows
• Ability to use a variety of visualization techniques and tools (Miro, Figma, Visio, Mural, Balsamiq,…)
• Advanced documentation, presentation and reporting skills (Skillful of MS Office Products)
• Good logical and analytical thinking, problem solving skills (E.g. Business Rules Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis,…)
• Basic understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and SCRUM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Fast learning, detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive and open-minded
