Responsibilities:

  • Support Team Leader to transform data; monitor and accelerate the progress of data transformation
  • Support data processing (Excel file) 
  • Take minutes of meeting and filling documents for group.
  • Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
  • Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team.
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks…

Skill Requirements:

  • Working under high pressure or deadline.
  • Time Management skill.
  • Working by Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Ms. Project… and Project Management tools…
  • Working in group.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • English communication in both verbal and writing.
  • Around 1 year of experience working in a multinational environment is a plus. Experience working in IT industry is a big plus.
