Responsibilities:

• Assist in internal people passion activities and new graduate recruitment logistic preparation. 
• Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
• Keeps abreast of Document retention requirements.
• Manage and Accurately Report Time and Expenses.
• Any extra duties the HR Manager/ Senior requires.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Love to work with students and events, experiences in extra activities, clubs, etc is a big plus.
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
• Detail oriented person.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
• Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
