Responsibilities:

• Providing end-user technical support and training to staff in the KPMG Ho Chi Minh City office

• Deployment machines, support end user daily for troubleshooting all issues: MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SPO, OneDrive for Business), Windows 10, fix common Internet issues, replace machines,…

Requirements:

• New graduation or work experience in a similar role

• Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office 365 products

• A team player who is proactive and who has a service oriented mindset

• To be willing to work as part of a team, doing what it takes to get jobs done

• A good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
