Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager to connect project stakeholders, manage project schedule, project resources and project budget effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain Project documents, such as: Project Charter, Project Plan, Project Deliverables from vendor… 
• Organize all meetings (kick-off meeting, trainings, workshops) to clarify all user requirements and bring user experience efficiently; 
• Prepare and report periodically on actual progress/results to Steering Committee;
• Create tracks project deliverables/tasks/assignment as committed by project plan; 
• Ensure all contracts of providing consultancy service meet the quality standard and on track.
• Contact with partner to finalize proposal/ contract… and payment.
• Schedule project plan, workshop, team-building.
• Draft project proposal, project progress.
• Take minutes of meeting and filling documents for the operations and project team.
• Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
• Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department.
• Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc.

Skill Requirements:

• Working under high pressure or deadline.
• Time Management skill.
• Working by Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Ms. Project… and Project Management tools…
• Working in group.
• Problem solving skills.
• English communication in both verbal and writing.
• Around 1 year of experience working in a multinational environment is a plus. Experience working in IT industry is a big plus.
