Job Description:

• Join the interview with client and prepare meeting minutes to get full understanding of their current business operation, financial management and control status.
• Participate in preparation of reports, deliverables with guidance from line manager to a high standard and agreed deadlines.
• Assist with preparation, tracking and monitoring of project related documents such as Information request, Meeting request, Meeting questionnaire, etc.
• Contribute to and collate case studies, proposals, best practices, and research from professional sources.
• Conduct compulsory internal administration works, translation, initiatives, commit to proposed timeline to manage multiple client’s projects.
• With increased experience, begin to execute defined assignments, build knowledge of the business, and deliver a high standard of own work.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in banking & finance, economic, engineering, or related fields.
• Having knowledge and experience in financial management, real estate and construction field is a plus
• Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese. 
• Motivated and committed
• Strong time management and coordination skills
• Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking a proactive approach
• MS Office skills, preferably in Ms Excel, MS Power Point
