AIR LOGISTICS INTERN 
Work hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month

Job description

1. POSITION 1 (1 year) - Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

  • Taking care of QTAir creation in the system for external & internal customers.
  • Documents release for both export/import (e-DO)
  • Dedicated for Customer Retention
  • Control Credit application for new customers/ raise tickets to link /update customer’s profile
  • Analysis customer retention data.
  • Get in contact with local customers/ oversea internal colleagues to check the account status & update initiative in system.
  • Support other tasks assigned by supervisor

2. POSITION 2 (6 Months) - Work location:  SCSC, 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City.

  • Update systems as per requirements for account Fast Retailing.
  • Support document preparation for import & export shipments.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field, willing to learn and adapt to new environment.
  • Can work full time for 1 year
  • Basic knowledge about import / export process.
  • Good at customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Being careful and detail-oriented.
